To supply and install diesel generators with different capacity and construct sun shade, concrete pad and fuel tanks and connect them to the network though ATS and power cables.

Supply and provide all electrical materials and components for low voltage and High voltage stages for the camp or site network as well as generators connecting to the power system to get the power standby and 10% cover the available load and take the maintenance operation after installation.

More capability on the questionnaire.

  1. Availability of short term lease (weekly, monthly, annual). We are able to lease on all required terms and the annual is the preferable option.
  2. List of specific makes and models of vehicles vendor is able to provide. We are capable of provide SUV, Large-up armored suv, pick-up, vans, buses, trucks, water tank, fuel truck, MHE.
  3. Ability to provide insurance coverage for on-road and off-road usage of NTVs. NASEEM AL-OULA can provide insurance for all types of usage NTVs at request.
  4. Ability to recover non-operational vehicles due to accidents or mechanical failure. Please address the time frame in which NTVs will be recovered, keeping in mind the differing labor laws in the region Basically we can provide two kinds of maintenance ,preventative maintenance that insure all vehicles to be maintained according to the manufacturer instruction and recommendation and at call or at trigger maintenance which will be performed by mobile experts team to recover the vehicle to operate within 24-48 hours.
  5. Ability to provide scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance. Please address the timeframe required to perform both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance. Basically we can provide two kinds of maintenance ,preventative maintenance that insure all vehicles to be maintained according to the manufacturer instruction and recommendation and at call or trigger maintenance which will be performed by mobile experts team to recover the vehicle to operate within 24-48 hours.
  6. Ability to adjust to labor laws in this geographic area while ensuring services are provided as needed. We are able to manage this issue and we have a past performance.
  7. Any known difficulties in obtaining parts or tools, or specific vehicle types? Identify if these issues are unique to certain countries, and identify possible resolutions for each issue. No known difficulties for us.
  8. Ability to provide required drivers with certain passenger vehicles in particular locations. We are ready to provide drivers at request.
  9. Ability to provide loaner vehicles when a leased vehicle requires scheduled/ unscheduled maintenance. We are to confirm that we will provide a replacement vehicle for the inoperable vehicles.
  10. Ability to provide safe and reliable vehicles. Is there an overarching safety standard that all vehicles will meet? We can provide safe and reliable vehicles and the safety standard will be recommended according to the area of use and mission.
  11. Amount of Kilometers vehicles should have before it is turned in and not able to be leased again? Please provide input on age of vehicle as well as kilometers before the vehicle must be replaced.Recommended by the manufacturer.

Maintenance Procedure

One of our most important tasks is how to keep all vehicles at high performance level and to develop a comprehensive and unified approach to managing quality during the contract POP.

  • 6.1-Two kinds of maintenance has been depended, the first one is regular (Preventative) monthly maintenance at a time, that include changing due oil engine, filters, fluid, coolant, batteries and tries to keep vehicles operable 24 hours daily and according to the manufactures standards and recommendation...for any vehicle exceed 40,000km age,a computer techniques analysis will be used to diagnose the parts should be replaced for keeping vehicles in top shape and operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • 6.2-The second one is at call for emergency repair (at trigger or predictive), all active parts and equipment are available to stand by and fix the fault at the time.
  • 6.3-For the accident damages, all damaging have to be documented and reported to the KO and report estimation cost for approval then repairing the vehicle to be in service again.
    • 6.3.1-High quality spare parts will be used to guarantee prevent and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
  • 6.4-The first step in our an effective preventive maintenance plan was to inventory all parts, Prepare and stock a dependent quantify of spare parts, resources and replacement materials to ensure non-stop maintenance performance.

9-Travelling Visa for foreign

Our company is working on obtaining a visa for the residence of workers in Iraq with foreign companies and the sites of the coalition forces, and it is authorized to obtain all the paperwork and approvals for issuing a visas.

10-Capabilities to mobilize the project's hardware through all locations in Iraq.

Perform preparatory work and operations in mobilizing for beginning work on the project, including, but not limited to, those operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site and for the establishment of temporary offices, buildings, safety equipment and first aid supplies, and sanitary and other facilities. Include the costs of bonds and any required insurance and any other preconstruction expense necessary for the start of the work, excluding the cost of construction materials.
